Orders

Viewing Orders

Track and manage customer orders in your dashboard.

The Orders page gives you a complete view of all purchases made in your store.

Accessing Orders

  1. Click Orders in the dashboard sidebar
  2. Or click the Total Orders stat card on your dashboard

Order Table

Each order shows:

CustomerThe player's username
ProductsItems purchased with quantities
StatusCurrent order status
TotalOrder amount
DateWhen the order was placed
DeliveryWhether items have been delivered
ActionsView details, manage order

Filtering Orders

By Status

Use the status dropdown to filter orders:

  • All: Show all orders
  • Pending: Awaiting payment
  • Completed: Successfully paid
  • Refunded: Money returned to customer
  • Chargeback: Disputed by customer

Search for orders by customer username.

Order Details

Click on any order to view full details:

  • Order ID: Unique identifier (can be copied)
  • Customer: Player username
  • Items: Complete list with individual prices
  • Status: Current status with timestamp
  • Payment Date: When payment was received
  • Delivery Status: Per-item delivery tracking

Order Statistics

The dashboard shows key metrics:

  • Total Revenue: Sum of all completed orders
  • Total Orders: Number of orders placed
  • Average Order Value: Revenue divided by orders

Exporting Orders

For accounting or record-keeping:

  1. Filter to the desired date range
  2. Use your browser's print function
  3. Or contact support for bulk exports
