Orders
Viewing Orders
Track and manage customer orders in your dashboard.
The Orders page gives you a complete view of all purchases made in your store.
Accessing Orders
- Click Orders in the dashboard sidebar
- Or click the Total Orders stat card on your dashboard
Order Table
Each order shows:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Customer | The player's username |
| Products | Items purchased with quantities |
| Status | Current order status |
| Total | Order amount |
| Date | When the order was placed |
| Delivery | Whether items have been delivered |
| Actions | View details, manage order |
Filtering Orders
By Status
Use the status dropdown to filter orders:
- All: Show all orders
- Pending: Awaiting payment
- Completed: Successfully paid
- Refunded: Money returned to customer
- Chargeback: Disputed by customer
By Search
Search for orders by customer username.
Order Details
Click on any order to view full details:
- Order ID: Unique identifier (can be copied)
- Customer: Player username
- Items: Complete list with individual prices
- Status: Current status with timestamp
- Payment Date: When payment was received
- Delivery Status: Per-item delivery tracking
Order Statistics
The dashboard shows key metrics:
- Total Revenue: Sum of all completed orders
- Total Orders: Number of orders placed
- Average Order Value: Revenue divided by orders
Exporting Orders
For accounting or record-keeping:
- Filter to the desired date range
- Use your browser's print function
- Or contact support for bulk exports
