How Your Store Works

Understanding how customers interact with your HytalePay store.

This guide explains the customer experience when shopping in your HytalePay store.

Store Homepage

When customers visit your store, they see:

  1. Header: Your store name, logo, and navigation
  2. Hero Section: Banner with your slogan and server info
  3. Server Info: Your server IP (with copy button) and Discord link
  4. Categories: Browse products by category
  5. Recent Purchases: Shows recent buyers (social proof)
  6. Trust Badges: Instant delivery, secure payments

Browsing Products

Category Pages

Customers can view products in different layouts:

  • Grid View: Product cards in a visual grid
  • List View: Compact table with descriptions
  • Comparison Table: Side-by-side feature comparison (great for ranks)

Product Pages

Each product has a dedicated page showing:

  • Product image and name
  • Price (with discount if applicable)
  • Full description
  • Features and included items
  • Related products from the same category

Shopping Cart

Adding Items

  • Click "Add to Cart" on any product
  • Cart slideover opens showing added items
  • Cart persists across browser sessions

Exclusive Items

For exclusive categories (like ranks):

  • Only one item allowed in cart
  • Adding a new item replaces the old one
  • Customer sees a notification about the replacement

Cart Management

  • Adjust quantities (for stackable items)
  • Remove items
  • View subtotal and total
  • Proceed to checkout

Checkout Process

Step 1: Player Details

Customer enters:

  • Username: Their in-game name (for delivery)
  • Email: For order confirmation

Step 2: Payment

  • Currently supports PayPal
  • Customer is redirected to PayPal to complete payment
  • Returns to your store after payment

Step 3: Confirmation

After successful payment:

  • Order confirmation displayed
  • Email sent with order details
  • Items queued for delivery

Item Delivery

After payment, items are delivered automatically:

  1. Order is marked as completed
  2. Delivery system processes the order
  3. Items/ranks are given to the player in-game
  4. Delivery status updates in your dashboard

If customers have issues:

  • They can contact you via your support email
  • Discord link provides community support
